1600 Series IP phone

I am new to IP Office so be nice.
I have an IP Office Power Demo, with a 1616 IP phone and a BM 32 module. There are buttons programmed on the phone and the module for different users. When a user goes off hook the green led should go on, according to all the documentation that I can find, including the R5 Matrix. However the user buttons on this 1616 flash a rapid red led.
For DND it gives a solid red (no brief flash), and when the user is alerting it flashes red slowly (not green as doc's indicate) Is this a know trouble or am i barking up the wrong tree?

Thanks Sizbut, I searched the knowledgebase and missed that.
Below is what I copied from the new IP Office R5 Matrix.
Conflicts with the Knowledgebase.
Button Status 16xx
Action
User - Idle Not lit
- Alerting Green flash
- In Use/Busy Green on
- DND Red wink (on with brief flashes).
Oh well.
