145 Socket error - No response when attempting to connect to teradata

Hi

Happen to get this error message upon running an Ab intio graph. Would someone be able to explain why this would happen.
Any help with this is much appreciated.

ABINITIO(DB15038): MESSAGE: [NCR][Unix system error] 145 Socket error - No response received when attempting to connect to the Teradata server
