I have a 1416 + DBM32 with a few operational issues:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
A Incoming call (group/line) appearing on the display are answered and the Group/Line details are on screen.
However if another call is ringing at the same time as this call is answered this 2nd call appears on the screen causing a little confusion on what was initially answered.

The system has about 200 DDI numbers (ISDN) going to 200 Incoming Call Routes / Groups all with different Identities which need to remain on the screen during the call.

Is there a way to stop this second call appearing on the screen.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
When making outgoing calls and a incoming call appears during dialling the outgoing process seems to stop and if the call is answered by another operator the ringing call disappears the outgoing call details have vanished.
-------------------------------------------
Some Outgoing calls the whole number (12 digits) appears on the screen - other times it's perhaps 3 digits but the call completes.

This is all programming in the system, but it must have been done deliberately bad as the settings you need to change are not how you describe by default.
The fact you must have analogue lines explains the digit display thing :)

Where would this be located in programming - in user or route or group

I assume that the missing digits are down to the analogue trunks.

Hi amriddle01 this is the setting of the Incoming route - Collective Group - User - most seem to be default. I have not typed all the user settings as there are so many - if I have missed any you need let me know.
Hope you can help. Cheers John..

If I change the analogue trunks to ISDN2 will this solve the missing digits on the 1416 display and the call logging.
Cheers

2 Appearance buttons and reserve last CA.
Outdialling should go through ARS were you can make to show all dialled digits over analog lines to show on screen. Search the forum for en-bloc dialling there are dozens of examples almost for every refion IP Office is sold but mainly US as the US guys seems to have a hard time understanding how IP Office works[2thumbsup] or they have a hard time reading the manuals[pc1]
Any engineer should know that, if you are not a engineer then you should ask/call one first as this is really the most basic setting in IP Office.

Thanks intrigrant - I have changed to 2 appearance buttons which has helped.
Looked on the group about en-bloc and changed the following - hope I have understood posts correctly.

The System Telephony
Dial delay to 1 sec
Dial Delay Count 4
----------------------
The Group Short code:
9N
Dial
N
ARS - 50:Main
-----------------------------
ARS 50:Main
Dial Delay - 2
Code - N;
Telephone No N
Dial
Group 9
---------------------------
The only manual I have is the Installation manual (on SD card) and the help on Office Manager
Is there a better source for more detailed documentation/manuals to give me a better understanding of the system.
Thanks John
