12 line display on 4620 1

I heard it is possible to change the settings on 4620's so that you actually have 12 lines on the display, Anyone know how to do this.

Press the "Options" button, then select "Aplications Options". Down at the bottm you should see an option called "Call Appearance Width". Select that option and it should change from "Full" to "Half". Then save it and go back to the phone screen. It should cut the call appearances down to just half the screen so you get 12 buttons on the first page.
