1140E - Red light always on

Our receptionist has a 1140E set with two associated vmail on Callpilot. Neither vmail box has any messages but the red light is constanly on. Any suggestions? I've tried several "changes" in the CLS but no change to red light.
 
is lamp audit on? did you search for msg waiting dn in mail? her number may be the msg notify station on other boxes..

i keep a mck key on my set to turn off a stray, but if they come back on i usually find a reason

Need more info on how the set is progarmmed,

If the prime DN on the key 0 has a mailbox already, and you have another mailbox for another DN on that set, that might cause a problem. To test try it with only the mailbox on key 0 and see it the problem persists.
