I have some IP1140 phones that the password has been changed - I have been going through and doing the factory reset on the phones but when I try to go into programming and chnage vlan info and dhcp and try to enter the password it is not doing anything - it appears to go through and do the factory reset but the color*set will not work what am I doing wrong
