Getting ready to install some 1140 IP phones. Does anyone have any news about the phone, hints good or bad. Appreciate your help

Make sure that you have the latest firmware (C23) installed.

C23 is the latest but not absolutly required unless you wish to use LLDP data Nortel protocol. Anyway the lastest might be the best
