1140 error message 1

We have a 1140 that has been in service for a number of years and we needed to reboot it. On reboot it comes up with an error message "waiting for cfg Data" and then "Couldn't identify switch". The phone then does DHCP and comes up fine. What can I do to get rid of error. Using firmware C41.

I believe you can disable LLDP if you are not using it.

thanks--That was the problem. Have not seen that turned on for any of our phones prior to this one. Might spot check some of them, but that cleared the error.
