1120E with 2 KEMs

I have just installed two IP KEMs on an 1120E phone, I cannot get it to function, Programing is correct. STAT 32 say's (busy registering)KEM1 not responding KEM2 not responding. System cs1000 4.5 fully patched

Any ideas,

Yes, Latest firmware installed, Tech support unable to answer.

Dont think you can add a KEM to a 1120e. It is the same as a I2002

- KEM is supported on the 1120E
- latest firwmare is C3C
- Services -> Telephone Options -> Set Info -> General Info -> Do you see KEM1?

I don't see KEM1 or 2, however Keyoffset does reconize the kims as it has adjusted key 32 thru 49 on KEM 1 and KEM2 starts at key 50

If you don't see KEM1 under "General Info" in the Services menu, then the 1120E does not see the KEM. If you run the Display Diagnostics under the same menu, does the display on the KEM change?
