I mean something that allows to connect PC and Phone on the same dataport. As the phonesets price is a quite different I would like to know if there is no some traffic limitation for 1110E.

Nope.

The 1120E includes a Gig switch interface, whereas the 1110 supports a 10 / 100 switch.

Look up Personal Directory / Callers List / Redial List in the NTPs. You need to be on minimum CS 1000 4.5 and have a Signaling Server.
