First, let me tell you where I am at. I have added an ARS entry of 10109871/18/18/9/op. The problem I am getting is that I get an operator message saying the call did not go through. After calling MCI and doing some tests, we concluded that the digits being sent were actually 10109871010987-number. So the PBX is sending the digits twice somehow. Also, with the current ARS entry, an international number won't work correct?

I have several years of G3 experience now but I haven't dabbled in this area much. Our company is small and this hasn't been necessary in the past. :(

Can someone give me a set of instructions for enabling 10-10-987 in my G3si? I need it to work for both domestic and international. Also, some help with the route patterns if necessary. This is for testing purposes.

Then after a bit of testing, I would like to change it so that 10-10-987 is automatically inserted in front of most, if not all, long distance calls. Some instructions for this would be nice too. :)

I think I figured it out. It's working now at least. You have to set the IXC field on the route pattern to none.

But any input from someone with experience on this would be appreciated. 8)

I'm having trouble reading your notation, but carrier access codes are actuall 101-xxxx followed by 1 -areacode-number. Do you have an extra 0?
