1008 Perflib Errors for .NET and ASP

Both have a event id of 1008 in the application log. Anyone seen these. Eventid.net don't show and neither does MS. Windows 2000 Server with Exchange 2000. A website is in use on this server.

The Open Procedure for service ".NETFramework" in DLL "C:\WINNT\system32\mscoree.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code returned is data DWORD 0.

The Open Procedure for service "ASP" in DLL "C:\WINNT\system32\aspperf.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code returned is data DWORD 0.
