100% Hard drive Clean Up 1

My desktop was inherited from work. It has a lot of stuffs I don't need. It's an old computer. I had "upgraded" it from 95 to ME few years back.

So I am ready to do a complete clean up even if that means I need to wipe out everything on the hard drive and re-install OS. (I actual want to do that.)

I have never done it before, can someone show me how or point me to a thread or a link?
