10 digit dialing on S8500 1

How do I set up the switch to be able to dial out using 10 digits?

Assuming you went from a 7 digit local dialing to 10.
ch ars ana 2
ch ars ana 3 (these may or may not already be on the screen)
ch ars ana 4

etc., and change it to 10 for max (and change the min to 10 if it has to be a 10 digit local code now).

I want to be able to do 7 and 10 digit dialing within the same area code. Any additional steps?
