1 user can not log in OWA (Exchange 2000)

We are running Exchange 2000, and have some remote users/places using the OWA to access their email. No one is habving a problem but this one VP. He gets a Page can not be displayed when he enters his user name and password and domain in the log in box. I get the same thing from my PC here hitting the exchange server locally. I can log in the OWA with no problems, just can not log on as him.

No other user account has this issue. Any ideals?

If passsword is expired? Renew and test again.

I have reset the password ... That was my first thought..

Just the one user...? Check his SMTP address, make sure it's valid. I was also going to suggest checking his HTTP protocol settings, but I believe that would produce the 403 error if disabled...

I checked that.. His SMTP address is correct, his alias is correct.. His protocal settings are all enabled.. I am so lost on this, and I think it is so strange, that even when I try to log on, it says the same thing..

I even tried to log on to OWA as him from the exchange server itself and it still says 404.. PAge can not be displayed..
