1-Touch 1

Followed all instructions to set up 1-Touch, including creating 1-Touch Boot CD with all the drivers. Fortunately checked this out in lab-test environment before using ion Production servers, and am discovering that the 1-Touch boot CD does not work -- in my case it cannot find the driver for the IBM ServerRAID-7e adapter. Tech support reports that there have been issues with certain drivers where the manufacturer's txtsetup.oem file confuses the 1-Touch wizard.
Has anyone had a similar issue, and found a solution?

Did you integrate the driver in the ISO-file, is this CV 6.1?
Perhaps for testing purposes you can put the driver on a floppy (if it has a floppy disk ofcourse) and press F6 during OS installation? To see if it is the correct driver?

Thanks for the response. Yes this is 6.1 with all the SP2 and all patches applied. The SCSI driver is integrated in the ISO file -- as per instructions and the 1-Touch wizard's prompts. I think the testing with the SCSI driver on a floppy is worth trying. Thanks again.
