1-to-1 chat during 1-to-many

Hi there,

I saw many scripts that have 1-to-many chat room, while list of the users available in the chat room appears in the side of the chat session, my question is:

Can I click on one of the users and have a private conversation (1-to-1)? That means opening a new window in my PC and his/her PC that only me and him/her in the private room, while the main public window is still opened?

Please advise for a solution URGENTLY...

One more thing can you advise me for a powerful chat that have a solid control panel that can customise it the way I want?
