1 Mailbox fails to backup...How can i tell which one?

Hi Guys.

Running ArcServe Bright Stor, Version 11.1

We have it set to do a database level backup of the exchange server, as well as all individual mailboxes as well.

Last week i started getting a message saying one of the mailboxes has failed to backup..

Anyways, is there any way to tell which mailbox is failing?

I looked in the ArcServe job logs, but i see nothing..

Any help is appreciated.

HI,

Are you running a Brick level backup or a Document level backup.

you could take a look at the dbaxchg2.log if it is a brick level backup

If you are using the Premium Add-on (document level) you can check the log directory in the Exchange Agent home directory. In here there is a log with the skipped mailboxes

Figured it out, by looking at the skipreport.log file ( or named something similar...) on the exchange server.
