I have a Motel customer with a Mitel 200 PBX with Express Messenger Voice mail. One mail bow that had been working now can not be called. Is there a code that can be dialed to turn voice mail off or on?
Define, "can not be called". Does that mean the voicemail doesn't answer, the voicemail will not let you leave a message, or the voicemail just transfers to the attendant.
If you are using the hotel/motel feature on the voicemail, the mailbox be checked in and checked out.
