Everything was working fine between 2 locations.
Comcast came in and gave the customer a new modem with more bandwidth.
Since then they can only make 1 call at a time. The second call will not grab the second channel of the ip trunks.
Comcast has changed the modem again but still only 1 call.
Now everyone is pointing at us?
has anyone had this problem?
