1-888 Trouble

Hey all,

So I am having some weird issues with my 1-888 line. It is pointed at a hunt group and the calls come in fine, but then about 10 minutes in the call just drops. I have contacted the carrier of the 888 line, but so far they have found nothing. Do you think it could be a setting in my switch? It just started yesterday and I made no changes at all since last week to anything.

Anyone have any trouble like this? So far it is limited to only that hunt group which makes me suspect the line. None of my other normal stations have had issues.

Have you looked at the timing? "Ch syn" to see if any thing has changed. Do you see ant errors? "Display error" or "display alarms"
