I have a user that when she receives a call, she only gets about 1/2 ring and then the caller gets dumped to voice mail. My initial thought was her coverage path was set wrong, but I checked and her coverage path is the same as mine, and my phone works normally...4 rings then voice mail. We have a Definity G3 and Intuity Audix systems. Any help someone can shed on this would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

JLong

do 'status station xxxx' , with the 'xxxx' being her station number, and see if SAC is turned on.
Or ask her if there is a button on her phone that says SAC, and if so, it the light or indicator on. If so, press the button next to it turn it off.

P.S. For the best response to a question, please read FAQ222-2244. Also give the type & version of your voice mail & pbx system & preview your post to make sure it is complete & understandable. Be aware that if u don't answer a question, I usually will not continue to help u. Please leave a post on how u fixed the problem too.

most likely send call is activated. do a status station xxxx. look at the field SAC. if it says yes, they it have to be turned off. Do a display feature and youll see the code to activate and diactivate send all calls. good luck
