Hi, I am pretty new to flash MX and I am not very familiar with using action scripts.. (what language are they written in anyway "java?")
Now I created two movies which I would like to be shown on my website what isn t the problem...
I have a preloader movie and I would like it to load both before starting and that movie two starts after movie one (both have same resolution)
How do I tackle that problem?

1. load two movies with preloader
2. start of movie 2 at the end of movie 1

Thanx for all answers

You can preload both movies completely in the first movie's preloader... But then no time will have been saved and you might as well have both movies in the same movie. You can preload movie 1, start it playing, and immediately start loading movie 2 in the background, hoping your second movie will have enough time (especially on a slow connection) to download before movie 1 ends. Or you could even preload movie 1 and part of movie 2, before you start movie 1 playing, so that the second movie is completely downloaded by the end of movie 1, and it can itself immediately start playing. Regards,
