0x800C013C Not Enough Disk Space when compacting folders

Never had problem like this before when compacting but almost all folders return this error when compacting. There is plenty of disk space.

You don't give any details on OS version or other!
But, do a clean first.
Delete your Temp. folder.
Clear the IE cache.
Empty the Recycle bin.
Defrag.
