This has happened on multiple Windows 2000 machines on our network. I go to MS Windows update and try to download and install the latest Critical updates, but all fail. I have been able to do it on my machine, but not on 3 or 4 of the users machine's. There is no spyware or viruses on the compter's also. Here is some of the Windows Update.log:
