Hi,
've got same problem some time with a driver of my audio card... poor driver from manufacturer but none better... So nothing to do for me or change my AC.
Just look at :
msgpc.sys is MS General Packet Classifier and part of Service Pack. I think you updated W2K with a service Pack... SP1, SP2 OR SP3
