Does anyone have the above patch for Communication Manager 1.3.2? It is no longer available on the Avaya Download site and I had to re-load a server this past Friday. Now the S8700's won't sync because they're running different loads.

Yeah, thanks ... went there and didn't like the security (or lack thereof). Will use it as a last resort.

I just emailed sfapsupport@avaya.com to see if I can get an archive copy and also sent an email to a Tier IV buddy of mine.

Oddly enough, I got an answer from another user at PBXTech.info (

that included a link to the file at the Morgan County Library in Indiana ... and the MD5 hash matches so ... works for me!

Isn,t the tar file on the other server?

you must have downloaded it before you activated it....
