016 Static

Customer is having static on intercom calls, digital to analog, the analog station only hears the static.
Both carriers are grounded to building frame and the power units read OK. I established an in house intercom call and disconnected every analog station on both boards, it didn't help.
I know there was an issue with these packs, just wanted to run it past a few of you before buying 2 more..

2 carrier Magix (2.2 V7.2 )
Processor CKE5 Hardware Vin 02

Slots 4 & 5 have 016-TRR packs
Harware Vin 50
App Vin 22
Firm Vin 12

Hey Michael! It was 2007 since we last corresponded directly. I've got a lot of experience with the various Magix analog cards and I think this is a problem we should work out over the phone THEN post back the results. There are too many variables to handle this over text messages. Call me?
