0028:C001545A error HELP!!!

This started happening this morning for one of my users. Before the Novell login screen comes up, they get a "Fatal Exception OE" and 0028:C001545A BSoD. When they click a key to continue and log in, Winodws locks up when trying to load Groupwise.

MicroSoft's unKnowledge Base was unhelpful (as usual): a search on this error only have an article on cable modems, which is not the case here (we're on a LAN). Please, any help is greatly needed, as my user is completely dead in the water. Jennifer Sigman

Two more things:

Step-by-step confirmation doesn't help. Everything loads from there fine, it's not until after the Novell splash-screen shows and leaves that the BSoD shows up.

Both machines are Compaq Deskpro's.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know if you have any suggestions, as both of these women have work that needs to be done. Jennifer Sigman
