*0 (zero out) not working in Embedded VM

Hitting *0 or 0 has no effect while hearing greeting
IpO config has Recption/Breakout set to "Main" (which is a Hunt Group x200)

what mode is embedded vmail in, intuity or ip office mode?

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

I configured it today for one of the customer, its working fine in intuity mode when he press 0, I set the transfer to another extension...
please double check the mode.
*0/0 in intuity *0 in ip office mode, good luck
