Our Camp Hill PA site has changed their main number to go through an Aspect ACD, and when they press the operator option, it goes over a tie-line to a 2008 teleset with DN 6318. They have 26300 as LDN 0, but they no longer use their 2250 set. When a Meridian user dials 0, they get the night recording. We want to point that to 6318. Do I just change the LDN in LD 21 CDB, or is there another place that this would be done in for 0 calls? Thanks.

easy way to do that is ld 23
new
acd
0
maxp 1
ncfw 6318

ignore the other 17 million prompts, this maxp1 acd will redirect any inhouse call. i have made the ncfw a 9 plus number, but that may take a few other changes

Can I just out the 2250 without hurting the system? Or better yet, how can I get 0 off of it? Sorry, haven't done much work with 2250's.

Additionally, I see LD 12 is the LD for working with the 2250, but I don't see the 0 like I would see the DN on Key 0 on a 2008 or 2616. Thanks.

You can either unplug the console or out the console in ld 12. Either way the system is considered "In Night service" at this point. If the LDN0 is still ok and you just want to redirect where those calls go, change the NIT1 in ld 15 Chg Nit Nit1= xxxx to number where you want calls originally answered by console, (or night message) when console was in night service.

when you print the dn 0, what does it show.. then print the att data, atdn is usually there
