I have created letterhead “stationary” in a word template by inserting the company name, logo, etc. at the top and bottom of the page. Unfortunately, these react to changes in the header/footer margins.

Is there any way to imbed these pics and allow for margin changes?

1. If it's your letterhead then, quite frankly, you shouldn't BE changing your margins.

2. If it's your letterhead components that affect the margins, such as a list of lawyer/partners down the left side, then there is certainly a trick to that.

3. If you want your letterhead to enable a 2nd page that does NOT contain the graphic elements or that you want to look a bit differently, but don't want to save your document with 2 pages, then there is a trick to that too.

Sorry, I don't have time to write up all these tricks right now, but will be happy to do them in your doc if you can send the files.

And by the way, it is stationEry (remember 'E' for envelopes) and not stationAry (which means 'stopped').
