Negative, doesnt boot up in any mode, just keeps restarting everytime .. ive checked into cooling and that seems to be fine. ive done everything software wise to solve the problem, virus scans, spyware scans, scandisk crap mem test, and still nothing, im really leaning toward my Hardware.. i...- LearningCPUNoob

My system meets all the req for WIN XP, but never the less ive done what you said to do and nothing, I still get the reboot at the Windows XP Loading screen every single time ... Ive tried a new vid card, new harddrive, tested my ram... everything. and still nothing. Maybe its my POWERSUPPLY or...- LearningCPUNoob

Im have the same exact problem ... Boots up all the way to Windows XP screen with the blue loading bar thing and then pops a reboot. Friend of mine said it was my harddrive so i went out and bought a brand new 120g HD. and still having same problem, ive done all the boot things that i thought...- LearningCPUNoob
