Hi, I have a customer that has R8's installed in 4 sites and they want to add another site (all tied together via scn) They do not want to upgrade the other R8's. Is it ok to downgrade a new R10 to R8?
Got a weird one. 1608 IP phones. Park 1,2,3 will be working fine for a day or two then all of a sudden when you place a call on any one of the park slots they all light up! Reboot or changing the call park slot numbers then merge fixes it.
Do you have to match the number of UM keycodes with the number of VM boxes? Have a system with 70 UM and 78 VM keycodes. The 71st vm box UM does not work...Even though not all of the other 70 users have UM setup.
When transfering a call to someone that has DND on it says call transfered then immediatly starts ringing back to the person that transfered the call. It will go to the persons vm that you transfered the call to following the forward no answer amount of rings, but why does it also ring back to...
The issue turned out to be that the whole main greeting was recorded under company greeting 1 for day and 2 for night. As soon as I imported that greeting in the ccr tree itself and recorded a second of silence in the company greeting it would repeat the ccr greeting after dialing an invalid...
GD Mailbox is turned on and Attendant Available is also checked. Greeting table 1 is being used and ccr tree 1 is active during the day and tree 2 during the night.
HHmmmmm....That didn't work. I have return to AA activated now and touchtone gate was always set to none. Still disconnects the call if you dial an invalid ext.
I do have all latest patches installed. Any other ideas?
