Restoring Mailbox
SOmething similar, I restored a users Mailbox (which I first had to create with Exchange Admin). Everthing finally works but I get an event log message evertime she opens it saying she is not the primary owner of the mailbox but she is). In my case I believe it's that her old mailbox was...- jerel

In addition to the preious post try running an nslookup to see that your server's public IP address has an mx record for your domain (run the query against someone's DNS server who is not able to send you mail. Under NT you can type nslookup www.yourdomain.com setqtype=mx ---you should see an mx...- jerel

It could also be that you are using Mapi rather than pop-3 to access the server from home but the location that new mail is stored is set to a personal folder (pst file)on your home system. I recommend using an (OST) file if you are trying to store the emails at home for offline reading. You can...- jerel
