Arcserve 2000 device problem
Running Arcserve 2000, backup failed and hung arcserve agent. backup device switched off and on , agent on remote server re-started.Then, backup device showed as disconnected. Arcserve:DBCHECK WONT RUN
Many thanks for this It has helped a deal. However, I have no activity log. If I stop all arcserve services,(cstop.bat) and restart,the activity log appears, than crashes again. Any ideas? If I delete database\r*.* might it cure this problem? I am uncertain about doing this, beacuse there are...- paulaero

Hi, I am running Arcserve V9,trying to reduce the database size. Also, I have nothing showing in the activity log and when I run dbcheck -a -L casdb;admin;secret astpsdat from a DOS box, I get the error FAILED TO OPEN DATABASE astpsdat:error 10 Has anyone any ideas why.
