When I play the wave file on my PC there is no delay. Also when I play the announcement back using the Announcement Access Code there is no delay on playback there either.

Has anyone run into this scenario? We have announcements stored on TN2501 VAL boards and on our G450's. No matter what we do there is always a 2 second delay when playing back an announcement on the G450's. Yet there is no delay when playing them back from the VAL Board?

Try using http port 81 instead of 80. I had a similar issue with these 96xx phones and when we changed the http port to 81 they worked like a charm.

annacat is right you could purchase a pair of CSU/DSU units and connect the PBX gateway and Extender 7000 via the WAN/serial ports on the back of the units. Just be sure that you specify how much bandwitdh you will be using on the CSU/DSU units and one the MCK units.
