    The only compelling reason I can give off the top of my head is "instant printing", where a PCL job can be spooling immediately but a PDF job may have to wait for the entire job.

    Alias in Exchange 5.5?

    No problem. You only need to have the one account for a recipient like this. Add the others under the email accounts tab of the recipient in Exhange Administrator. Click on new and add the other addresses you wish to point to this individual.
