Repeat regsitration req'd with XP Pro
Thanks all, tried the router option - no good. Also tried the other options on the phone - no good. Someone suggested that Norton Internet Security may cause xp pro to play up. Does anyone know of this? Still losing all info on reboot (including the automated telephone method). Not sure what to...- sandie67

I have a computer with a registration problem. The original registration of the xp pro software was fine. But there are various regsitry files that was missing, so I reinstalled/upgraded with the same software (all legal, no copies)and now on every boot it asks for the software to be registered...- sandie67
