useradd trouble
Thanks for all the responses. It turns out that TrojanWordBlade was right. I was using the wrong order. For some reason I was conditioned to try it the way I posted it. Thanks for all the suggestions!- expo45

useradd trouble
I am trying to set up a new user with the useradd command (eg. useradd paul -p pass) but when I set up the user I am not able to log in with their new username and password.
