I've checked the retention and it's okay. The email is being deleted by right clicking and delete or the black 'x' on the toolbar. They are not by-passing delete items. I thought of this first. But this is not the case.

Using Exchange 2k for multiple users. One user reported that they could not recover deleted items from their email. My works fine - I have checked other users and have found some that can and some that cannot. If and item is in the deleted items folder and I delete it - I cannot go to recover...
