Cisco 5500 - re copper/optical gigabit
This is a server farm of about 130 linux servers. About 40 are on optical gigabit. Others (unknown amount) are on copper gigabit. My client can't tell me for sure, but he thinks the model of the switch is a Cisco 5500. Is the 5500 capable of this? i have done some research and I can't imagine...
