    Recieved information form a gentleman in France experiencing the same issue. On Internet explorer choose tools-> internet options -> advanced -> turn on use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections :)

    Problem is with the tray tabs the wear, I had the same problem managed to tempoararily fix problem by thickening them with scotch tape but eventually ordered a new tray
