The database connected is correct. We only have one database mounted on the server, I think we need to look inside the db to see about the schema or something like that.

The opentext.ini files on production and development are similar. And there's only one version of OTEMAIL from module directory..

But you gave me a clue, maybe I should look about the procedure of upgrading Explorer Pro.. I think OTEMAIL is related to Explorer Pro ..?

We got a very strange problem. The version of the OTEMAIL has 4.7.0 in the database but should have 4.7.1.
This problem has happened twice. And all I have to do is updating the database.
We are running LL 9.7.1 on windows 2003/Oracle.
Is there anybody got this problem before ?

Opentext had told me the same thing..The problem is I have to install Explorer Pro 4.8.5 in french version.
But I already did the installation of 4.8.5 client part only, and the problem was still happening.

We opened a word document from livelink and after modification when we click on save to livelink, its gives an another directory instead of the directory where the document was opened..

the problem has been resolved. The error is outlook issue, I logged into that machine, it does work so I told the user to log in and it does work for him also.
I think that when I logged in with my account, something has corrected by outlook.
