    ANI - a different question :)

Hello. I have 2 ISDN PRI trunks. I want to route some calls that come to one of the trunks to the other. this works fine. BUT: I get ANI from that first trunk. And this ani is getting sent over to the second one. I want that the calls get a fixed (chosen by me) ani. I can not lose all ani...

    a port disappeared?

This board when inserted in a different slot worked fine, but after returning to slot 1A06, it still showed the problem. The solution was wiping out slot 1A06 completely (all stations), then removing the board, so it disappeared from the system (eg. it did not show up on "display circuit-packs"...

    a port disappeared?

to clarify: I did remove 12 stations (ports 1A0601 - 1A0612). Now first 8 ports (1A0601 - 1A0608) are unusable (I can not assign extensions to them), but the remaining 4 ports work. Before removing stations these ports worked fine.

    a port disappeared?

Hello. I just did a "rem station 1A0601" , just to assign a given port a different extension. But when I try to create a station on the just deconfigured port, it says "Port previously assigned; please select another". I actually did remove 12 stations this way, and I can not make them operable...

    exact CDR

Hello! Am I blind, or there is no way to output to CDR the second at which the call started? For example I want to record that the call started on 2005-10-13 15:29:36 . All i can get now is the time without the seconds part. I use definity G3V6i.03.0.223.5 .

    R2 signalling problem

Hello. I don`t really know the type of the other switch. It is a switch from former Polish national operator, Telekomunikacja Polska. Below are the screens You requested. #display ds1 1a15 Location: 01A15 Name: trakt z TPSA Bit Rate: 2.048...

    R2 signalling problem

Hello. We have Definity 6.3 We also have an E1 link with R2 signalling ( this is an old common channel signalling mode). This is connected to a TN464F board. We also have two TN744D call classifier boards, that are supposed to handle this signalling. Avaya guys say that all is configured...

a pstn line as a trunk group?

Hello. We have Definity G3siV6 . Is there a chance that a normal analog pstn line (like any subscribe can get) can be treated as an incoming trunk group? So I don`t connect an analog station to it, but instead I do connect my Definity? Can this be done with the TN746B circuit pack? Cheers Marcin

    Modem calls slow

after your post, I`ve checked synchronization. status synch gives me UDS1-BD (it`s ok, right?) test synch gives no errors. The trunk group that gives switch`s synchronization is now set to the board that abovementioned trunk group is connected to. Still no results. Any ideas?

    Modem calls slow

business level arrangement.. Well, technically speaking, calls should not be coming back on the same trunk (just forget it). Number C is on the same kind of E1 truk group, from the same provider, and it works well. It is not the same 'cable'. (i have a problem with the english terminology on...

    Modem calls slow

Hello. Definity 6.3 I have an IDSN trunk. The setup is: there is a number A somewhere in the world. There also is a national number B. Modem calls going to number B are supposed to go throug the definity, which is to route them to number A. Problem: modem does not synchronize at full speed...
