    Everthing seems to be working, FTP works, all directory info is there, just can't get it to load up into the PBX, and I have my set with CRPA activated in CLS, is there anything else in the PBX that has to be setup? Getting error code 00015 Directory file upload failed in the Event log...

    Currently we have CS1000e with OTM 3.1 trying to set up corporate directory. How does the CS1000e get the directory information from the OTM. Does it use FTP, LDAP,... ? The objective of course is to have the directory information show on the iphone2002 screen. Thanks in advance.

    Update, someone had caused a loop back on an edgde switch, pretty much crashed the entire phone system, doesn't seem right that one edge switch could effect an entire network. Thanks again.

    Figured it out, had to add 1254 to the Tlan not just the Elan, tested and works, thanks for everyones input.

    I was working on this with a very experienced tech, he couldn't figure it out either, as far as the 105 is concerned i see this often, not sure myself, as for the NRS i have worked with it, setup of Quintum Tenor Units, I just don t see anything relating to an individual NPA.

    Just tried a COT no problems yes i dial 91254 and the number, the NRS??? I did look but not really sure where to look, did not see a list of NPA's, I noticed that both Tlans have o11 for international and 1 for national, have no TDM sets
