Multiple Level CCR Menus HowTo?
DTone, Thanks for your suggestion, but I'm not sure exactly what you're suggesting or asking. When I'm in a CCR Tree Admin, I select, for example, Path 1, I'm given an option for "Menu","Info","Xfer","LvMessg" I don't think I'm able to punch more than one "menu item" digit into a Path...- Presence

Whoa, I'm suprised (and a bit frustrated) that there can only be one menu "level", when it seems there can be multiple CCR lists. I know that Feature 986 can transfer a call to a specific CCR number, I ponder if there's a way to enter into a specific CCR Path a HuntGroup or Extension that will...- Presence

I'm attempting to make a multiple-level menu system for my Norstar Flash (I think? I don't know how to check the version). My goal: Caller dials in, "Push 1 for sales, 2 for techincal." after pushing 1, "sales menu: Push 1 for Bob, 2 for Susan." How does one set the first Tree to jump off...- Presence
