I've posted some questions in this forum, but I didn't find an answer to my problem up to now. I have an network which is streaming Mpeg2/Mpeg4 over an Mpeg2 Transport Stream (encapsulated in IP/UDP packets). RTP is not supported! I am searching for an solution to watch this stream in...
I am getting crazy. I try since 2 days just to get an Mpeg2 Stream in JMStudio (which is delivered with JMF). Can anybody tell me exactly how to do this?!

Okay ... I've installed the Plugin as instructed in the link Dian told ... I've searched for several mpeg4 Movie on the internet but none of them has worked up to now. Does anybody has a small (and definitly working) mpeg4 video file?!
What can be the problem?!

I read this thread. I have some problems with the IBM Plugin, because several test files (mpeg4) couldn't be played.
Maybe there ist one library that cames out without using JMF?

I need a decoder library which is able to decode Mpeg 4 livestreams (RTP). It should support some functions for playing and stopping the video and should be in java.

the following scenario is given: I have the task to programm an very simple application which is able to show the video of an incoming IP-Stream. I get the stream and can watch it with the free VLC Mediaplayer (by selecting UDP and the Port).
