Still having access problems with Access 2000
I had this same problem in my office. The problem was that during the installation of Access 2000 all the individual workstations defaulted to opening databases in the exclusive mode. We fixed it by doing the following steps on each workstation. Open access…go to Tools/options/advanced…..make...- jruegge

Access 2000 and the AS400
Having problems adding leading zeros into a field prior to exporting it to an fixed length text file and eventually sending it to the AS400. The field I am using is a number field access by default seems to store the information to the left of a fixed lenght field. My AS400 field is 9 in...- jruegge
