    Monitor screen blank?

    Hey all, My Manager is working fine, but when I click on the ICAN Monitor, it says "loading Repository...please wait" and then all I get is a white screen. I'm sort of new to all this, so thanks for any help or ideas. The version is 5.3 THANKS
